Hi Shawn & Christina. Well, the season is over! I can’t thank you enough for giving me the equipment & support top be so successful. This has been a once in a lifetime adventure and it could not have gone better in huge part due to your efforts. After Chuckwalla, no mechanicals through the entire season and bikes that constantly performed better than their rider. Thanks for everything! I look forward to seeing you both.

“Summer, going into my freshman year, my dad and I went out to Southland Flat Track for the final race of the season. During every riders meeting, the track promoter Randy, has a cool bike award. Like most events, he gave the first cool bike award to a kid and the adult bike was covered but I didn’t think much of it.

Randy called me over to help unveil the bike and he began talking about this father and son who he’s seen everywhere and they’re always racing and that they’re great people all around.

I was thinking to myself how they sound like pretty great people that I’d like to meet. Well as he was talking about these people we were unveiling the bike and I read the number plate and it still hadn’t clicked but it was my race number. Finally I saw my name on my bike.

Randy, Shawn from Pacific Power Sportz and multiple other people worked for months to assemble a bike for me as a surprise. That is just a sliver of the amazing person that Shawn is and how, on top of the great human being, he’s an excellent mechanic. He’s also always willing to help everyone and every time he does help someone it’s always with as much as he can give to make it the best product possible.”
